1K Primer Filler

MOTIP 1K Primer Filler is a high-quality, universal 1K Primer Filler for pre-treatment or for filling small imperfections in treated and untreated surfaces of sheet steel, galvanized sheet steel and aluminium. 1K Primer Filler can be used either as primer or as filler, depending on the coat thickness.

Usage instructions

Before use, carefully read the directions on the packaging and act accordingly.

The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface.

Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample. Best processing temperature 10 to 25°C.

Apply the 1K Primer Filler in several thin coats, respecting a distance of approximately 15 to 20 centimetres to the surface to be treated.

Before applying the next layer, it is important to shake the aerosol again.

After use, clean the valve (turn aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for approximately 5 seconds).

The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the lacquer applied.

Need to know the colour of your car? It’s actually located on your car. Even if two paint colours look the same, car manufacturers make loads of different exterior paint colours and they can all vary from year to year, so you need to make sure the code is right to get an exact paint match. Variation

Car manufacturers have different production series where they might use paints from different paint manufacturers. Therefore, it can occur there are slight changes in colour shade under the same car colour code. To supply everyone, MOTIP makes these variations available. Is there a check mark visible in this column? This means you have a colour code with variations. The differences are small. However, they may be noticeable. We simply cannot say precisely which article best matches the colour of your car. In this case, we’d recommend you check the colour chart at a shop. If you do want to try, always spray a small sample to check if the colour matches the colour of the car.
