Fine Putty

Level small irregularities in surfaces of steel, aluminium, wood, concrete and polyester on your car with MOTIP 2-component Fine Putty. Fine Putty is easy to sand, elastic and resprayable with all lacquer systems. Fine Putty has a very fine structure and excellent adhesion and is resistant to chemicals and the weather. MOTIP Fine Putty can be applied in layers with a thickness up to 0.5 cm.

Usage instructions

Before use, carefully read the directions on the packaging and act accordingly.

Processing temperature 15 – 25°C.

The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface.

Mix the required amount of putty with the harder. Apply in the desired layer thickness.

The drying time depends on the ambient temperature.

After use, directly clean the tools used. Do not store the surplus material, mixed with harder, in the can.

Even if two paint colours look the same, car manufacturers make loads of different exterior paint colours and they can all vary from year to year, so you need to make sure the code is right to get an exact paint match. Variation

Car manufacturers have different production series where they might use paints from different paint manufacturers. Therefore, it can occur there are slight changes in colour shade under the same car colour code. To supply everyone, MOTIP makes these variations available. Is there a check mark visible in this column? This means you have a colour code with variations. The differences are small. However, they may be noticeable. We simply cannot say precisely which article best matches the colour of your car. In this case, we’d recommend you check the colour chart at a shop. If you do want to try, always spray a small sample to check if the colour matches the colour of the car.
